But the best part came with Breitbart on Hannity last night. Breitbart warned Attorney General Eric Holder he better investigate….

Breitbart: There’s a lot of hypocrisy and the dust has settled for ACORN and at the end of the day they’ve recognized that Eric Holder, the Attorney General, has not initiated an investigation into ACORN after we now have seven tapes.  There were five initially that came out, ACORN was defunded by the Senate, was defunded by the House, lost it’s link to the Census; while all that damage occurred, Congress didn’t come in to investigate them, obviously not the Attorney General’s office, and they’ve now realized let’s get back into business because they realized that the dust settled and they were not being investigated, it was Hannah, James, and me who were being investigated, that’s why we’ve been forced to offer this latest tape.

Hannity: Are you saying, Andrew, that there are more tapes?

Breitbart: Oh my goodness there are!  Not only are there more tapes, it’s not just ACORN.  And this message is to Attorney General Holder: I want you to know that we have more tapes, it’s not just ACORN, and we’re going to hold out until the next election cycle, or else if you want to do a clean investigation, we will give you the rest of what we have, we will comply with you, we will give you the documentation we have from countless ACORN whistleblowers who want to come forward but are fearful of this organization and the retribution that they fear that this is a dangerous organization.  So if you get into an investigation, we will give you the tapes; if you don’t give us the tapes, we will revisit these tapes come election time.

He broke the record previously set by Carl Hayden, the Democrat from Arizona who served in Congress from 1912 to 1969. That means Byrd and Hayden shared the halls of Capitol Hill for 16 years. Byrd, who turns 92 on Friday, has missed numerous votes this year due to bad health. But that has not kept him from casting more than 18,000 votes. Byrd is known in Congress for keeping a pocket-sized version of the Constitution and for his long, heart-felt floor speeches around the holidays. Byrd’s take on his record:

“I have strived to provide the people of West Virginia the best representation possible each of the 20,774 days which I have served in the Congress of the United States. The only way for me to close on this historic day is to say that I look forward to serving you for the next 56 years and 320 days!”

Of course, Goodell’s a total weasel. He had no answer about the Dolphins’ owners so wouldn’t even address the question, and he got on his high horse about how McNabb is a fine player and a fine person and it has nothing to do with the color of his skin, when I (a) never said he was not a fine person; (b) never said he was a bad QB — just that he was overrated (which no one should deny); and (c) said the MEDIA was obsessed with the color of his skin (which is also undeniable), not that I was. I RESPECT Donovan McNabb, as I do all the elite athletes qualified to play in the NFL. I’d love to have a beer with him and discuss football. My job on the ESPN pre-game show was to disagree with the panel when I did. The production meeting the day before the show featured two segments on McNabb and the Eagles. The focus of BOTH segments was, “What’s wrong with McNabb?” My thought was that not that much was wrong, that the Eagles defense was not getting sufficient credit, and that I thought the media was hyping McNabb for my stated reasons. — Rush Limbaugh

The city distributed more than 50,000 applications for the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing program over the past several days before running out Wednesday morning. Only 3,500 people who qualify will receive the money — a maximum $3,000 per applicant, Dumas said.

A federal grand jury charged Hassan Nemazee, a New York businessman who has ties to prominent politicians, with defrauding banks of $292 million in part to benefit the Democratic Party.

Mr. Nemazee, 59 years old, used the proceeds of his scheme to donate to campaigns and political-action committees, according to an indictment made public Monday, though the amount allegedly spent on these efforts wasn’t specified. The donations helped him rise to become finance chairman of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, among other major roles.

In defense of the the DNC & Obama they did give  “$61,700″ of the 292 million to a charity….

hmmm. I wonder what Charity that was??
